Magnolia Place is a private and secluded home that sits on a quiet residential street centrally located in the historic West Adams Avenue neighborhood of Los Angeles. We are located right off the 10 Santa Monica Freeway approximately 4 1/2 miles west of Downtown, and 4 miles east of the 10/405 interchange. A map of the area can be seen on the Contact Us page.
The house is an original two story craftsman built in 1911 with five bedrooms and four full baths, measuring 3500 square feet with a formal dining room, den with large screen television, meditation & reading loft, laundry room and a patio area with a large fenced back yard.
