Magnolia Place is a private and secluded home that sits on a quiet residential street centrally located in the Historical West Adams Avenues of Los Angeles.  We are located right off the 10 Santa Monica Freeway approximately 41/2 miles west of Downtown Los Angeles and 4 miles east of the 10/405 freeway interchange. The house is an original two story craftsman built in 1911 with five bedrooms and four full baths measuring 3500 square feet with a formal dining room, two-room kitchen, large living and meeting room, den with big-screen television, meditation & reading loft, laundry room and a patio area with a large fenced backyard.
